I was dreading moving home because i have a lot of delicate treasured belongings, and also several precious trees growing in pots. Bob’s Transport team were exceptional, they were skilled, friendly, really helpful and made our move as smooth as it could be. From the moment we contacted them they were so helpful. I recommend them without hesitation. Thank you .

Adam, at Bob’s Transport, was recommended to me so I went ahead & called for an estimate. I was aware that it’s good practice to book at least two removal estimates but I was so impressed with Adam’s calm demeanour & obvious knowledge & expertise that I cancelled the next removal estimate appointment even before Adam’s very reasonable estimate arrived.
Adam and his team arrived promptly. They covered the carpets & stairs with heavy-duty dust sheets then set-to, packing my belongings into boxes, ensuring that everything was wrapped in clean paper. There were absolutely no breakages when I unpacked.
Adam’s team were not fazed by the large number of garden pots that needed to be moved & packed the plants in a separate van during pouring rain.
Adam even bought me a cup of tea as my kettle had been packed away! The external water-meter was placed in a very difficult place, under bushes, so one of the team got onto his hands & knees & took the reading for me.
Upon arrival at my new home, the team ensured that all the boxes were safely installed into the correct rooms, constantly liaising with me. They asked me first where I wanted the garden pots placed, even packing a couple of bricks to put the (very heavy) Butler Sink on. They ensured that the bed frame was put up too, before they left.
At the end of the day, I felt so relieved that I’d employed Bob’s Transport to move the contents of my home. They were courteous, calm and couldn’t have been more helpful. I felt supported during what could have been a very stressful day.
